Pull-Up Bars and Pull-Up Bar Supports

What Is Covered

Leostar Fitness warrants the Pull-Up Bar and Pull-Up Bar Supports (Product) sold by Leostar Fitness shall be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of receipt of Product for the original purchaser (non-transferable), when the Product is used as intended and in normal conditions.

What Is Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover any of the following:

• Products purchased other than from Leostar Fitness
• Products damaged due to negligent or faulty use or abuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user
• Products damaged as the result of corrosive substances

Any specific issues regarding a Leostar Fitness Product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Leostar Fitness may, at its option, repair, replace or refund any defective Product.

If a Product requires shipment, delivery or transportation, it is the purchaser's sole responsibility and to pay for any fees associated with servicing of a Product.

Disclaimed Warranties

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTY, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT.
